Co-Host, Ciara Keogh

Ciara Keogh is an Associate Product Manager within BlackRock's US Retirement Group focused on Defined Contribution plans for Institutional clients. In her role, Ciara partners across the firm to ensure successful execution of product launches, liquidations and change management events. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2021, she graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a minor in Sustainability.

 

As a first-generation American, born and raised in Queens, New York City, Ciara serves on the leadership committee for BlackRock's Western Black Professional’s Network and is passionate about championing community initiatives both within and outside the firm.


Co-Host, Spencer Sheff

Spencer Sheff is an Associate Portfolio Manager within BlackRock's Canadian Index Fixed Income Portfolio Management team. In his role, Spencer is responsible for managing over $70bn of fixed income investments and serves as technology lead for the team where he is responsible for developing and deploying enhanced analytics, automation and algorithmic solutions across the business. Spencer also serves as President of BlackRock's Western Region Black Professional's Network and is the West Coast Representative to the firm's Black Professionals Network National Operating Committee. In this capacity, Spencer aspires to help his community grow by driving traffic to local businesses, partnering with community organizations, and mentoring students as they transition to the professional world.

 

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2020, Spencer played football for a year at The United States Military Academy and then transferred to Claremont McKenna College. While at Claremont McKenna College, he earned Bachelors of Art degrees in both Applied Mathematics and Economics.

San Francisco violinist Rose Crelli

Musical Talent, Rose Crelli


Electric and acoustic violinist Rose Crelli started playing violin at age six. Conservatory and classically trained, she holds four music degrees and performs internationally in Italy, Austria, Costa Rica, South Korea, Germany, France, Mexico, and Canada. Rose performs solo halftime shows for NBA Champions the Golden State Warriors, and the National Anthem for the San Francisco Giants, as well as sold out shows with award winning artists Andrea Bocelli, Michael Buble, the Trans Siberian Orchestra and Oakland’s own Tony! Toni! Tone! Clients that Rose performs for include Rolls-Royce, Golden State Warriors, Salesforce, Oakland A’s, PayPal, Workday, BetterUp, Meta, Deloitte, Palo Alto Networks, Databricks, Genentech, Menlo Ventures, Silversea Cruises, University of California Berkeley, and Scenic Luxury Cruises.
